Abstract

Village officials as elements of the state apparatus have a very important role and position in carrying out general tasks of government, development and village society. The Iwul Village Hall is the work area of the village head and village staff who serve the needs of the community who want to make all kinds of letters and administration. Lack of ynderstanding in delivering training to employees results in decreased work quality. The quality of work in Iwul Village can be seen from personal potensial, optimal work results, work processes, enthusiasm, punctuality and accuracy in completing tasks. This research aims to determine the role of employee training and self-efficacy in improving the work quality of Iwul Village employees. This research used qualitative methods, with the results obtained that all Iwul Village employees received training according to their field. So the conclusion is that the training provided is in accordance with employee qualification, must be improved in understanding , knowledge and skills, in developing self-efficacy employees must be confident in doing work must have good communication skills, in improving the quality of work employees must develop their own potential, carry out appropriate work processes and accuracy in carrying out task in order to achieve the desired work quality
